                                               Ramone Kindrat was born in Saskatchewan and raised in Manitoba. She has a love of the outdoors and is an avid hiker and kayaker throughout Western Canada. She is passionate about maintaining a healthy body and mind through regular exercise, yoga and meditation. Ramone Kindrat has been married for over 30 years and raised three children into adulthood. When asked what are the secrets to a successful life and marriage are, she stated it is essential to look after her personal wellness both physically and mentally. "When we look after out own issues and keep a positive attitude, then we have something to offer in a relationship with others. The wisdom is held in the trees, quietly speaking to us in the wind. One must be attuned to their spiritual self to understand the ancient languages so detailed and intertwined. The largest trees have withstood the trials of time, marked and damaged by the storms and debris that scared them as they stood. But, they stood... They stood with an understanding that time is only imagined. Time creates scars, scars in the times of struggles. The scars are the badges of wisdom, each one earned until all that is visible is the scarred surface. The transformation that appears as damaged and old, brings us to our truer self, our wiser self, closer to God. The storms that have flogged the trees creates a strength, a wisdom, a truer being.
